March Is National Craft Month!

Today is March 1, 2008 the start of Nation Craft Month!

Its the perfect time to explore your creative side!

If you already do a craft, how about trying something new. There
are so many crafty things available to do from foam crafts, to
scrap booking, to crocheting and of course our favorite craft beading!

For those that have never done any kind of crafts before this is
the perfect month to explore whats available out there to do and
try it! The internet has so many available sources for supplies,
techniques, patterns, help that its just mouse click away!

Crafting is a great thing to have incorporated into your life, it
helps relieve stress, it gets you thinking, it keeps you interested
and wanting to find out more. You can make some awesome
gifts to give to friends and family on those special occasions and its
so much fun to bring out old crafting projects that you made back when
and remember why, when and how you made it!

Bead Storage Tip!

A tip for storing your beads was sent to us by Ruthann who kindly
allowed us to share her tip with you here:

Ruthann wrote this to us:

"I would like to share how I store my beads to take with me. I am a great
grandmother to six grand children. I have found I like to store my beads in
the Gerber baby food containers. And, then I put them in a covered container
with a handle along with my other things I need for beading and etc..
I run the containers through the dishwasher [top shelf] when I get them
from my grandchildren. They have covers that snap on and are wonderful.
Being they are clear you can see what color beads you have in the containers.
Just wanted to share."
